Athenian Rhapsody

Athenian Rhapsody is an adventure role-playing game set in Athens. Gamers create their own stories by making decisions that shape their unique gameplay experience, called Rhapsody. Rhapsody records every action, event, and interaction, including the number of times the player character farts. The project boasts a bizarre mixture of genres. It mixes turn-based RPG combat with real-time evasion and elements of dating sims, cooking games and even WarioWare-style mini-games.

Battles can be fought traditionally, or you can try to make friends with enemies using awkward pick-up lines, jokes or memory games. Combat combines real-time evasion and turn-based elements. You can fight enemies or try to befriend them through silly missions and mini-games. A large number of characters with distinct personalities await you. Athenian Rhapsody boasts a ton of replayability. The game world is filled with secrets, puzzles and side quests.

Every decision and action is recorded, creating a personal rhapsody that reflects your progress through the game. These rhapsodies can be shared with friends, combined to create new adventures, and even used to access special events. The world is populated with colorful characters – 16 potential companions, each of whom has distinct personality traits and depth to be discovered. The enemies are no less diverse – from eccentric and cute to downright cruel.
