Bird

Bird

Bird may please those who just want to relax at their PC. This title stands out for its visual style. The indie project features low-poly, low-resolution voxel graphics reminiscent of computer and console video games from the early 3D era. This is a casual bird flight simulator with well-developed physics of collisions with objects. The game can also be classified as a sandbox. It has meditative gameplay. Each new playthrough is slightly different from the previous one thanks to the procedural generation of stages. There are 5 biomes in total: mountain, snow, forest, tropical and desert. The locations themselves are endless. For those for whom this variety is not enough, the developers have added a map editor.

The name of the game means Bird in Norwegian. There is no plot as such. The player is simply given control of the feathered creature using the keyboard or gamepad. But not ordinary, but capable of adopting the features of other animals. For example, if this bird flies next to a reindeer, it will become like him. There are hundreds of variations of these forms in indie titles. You can also transform into other flying creatures (for example, hawks). The appearance of the winged character can be further customized in a special editor. There is no specific goal here, nor are there any challenges. The user needs to entertain himself and experiment with transformations.
