The story campaign of Stargate: Timekeepers consists of 14 consecutive missions, during which you will have to fight several unique types of hostile creatures at once. Some people focus on close combat, while others, on the contrary, prefer to stay at a distance from the target. Some locations (for example, the starting one) can be passed in stealth mode, eliminating enemies one by one. Each unit has a scripted route and viewing radius. Detection does not occur immediately, and before a critical situation occurs, you can manage to neutralize the enemy. Moving, like other active actions, occurs using the mouse. But you shouldn’t think that during each subsequent sortie you will be able to concentrate exclusively on fighting. Sometimes, you will need to switch to treating allies, neutralizing enemy electronic devices, as well as a number of other tasks. Moreover, any sortie requires a clear understanding of the team’s capabilities. Each character belongs to a specific class, and this must be taken into account for successful combat. For example, Derek Harper has controlled drones with him, which provide remote neutralization of devices, as well as conduct reconnaissance of hard-to-reach areas.
