Conventionally, the gameplay is divided into three main elements: exploration of the world, combat system and management of your village. Exploration of new territories is automatic and requires only one resource – a certain amount of food. The variety of locations and events there is truly impressive. We will either stumble upon a pack of wild animals, or find a new quest, or some hiding place.
There is a system for hiring partners. Some join us as we complete quests, others can be hired for money at the local tavern. The combat system is simple: we can run, jump and do several types of attacks. It is possible to block other people’s attacks with a shield and sneak up on opponents from behind in order to inflict critical damage.
The graphics will please fans of pixel art. The world is big, there are many locations, and almost all of them are designed at the highest level. We got a complex role-playing game, but in an indie format, which is rare.
