Hospital of the Undead plunges you into a chilling fight for survival from a first-person perspective. You wake up in a disoriented state, trapped within the walls of a hospital infested with the undead. Your goal is clear: escape. But achieving freedom is not so easy. The hospital, shrouded in darkness, turns into a labyrinth with locked doors and lurking threats. To pass this dangerous path, you will have to look for useful items. Keys will become your gateway to progress, unlocking new areas and bringing you closer to the exit. Weapons and ammunition allow you to protect yourself from the inexorable hordes of zombies. Every resource, from batteries to medications, can tip the scales in your favor.

The undead tirelessly roam the streets, seeking your death. Engage in a firefight with them, but remember that when shooting hastily, accuracy suffers. You can also choose flight over battle, but keep in mind that falling into the hands of a hungry horde means an instant end. However, going into the shadows comes with certain risks. Darkness takes over your mind, gradually destroying it. To maintain your resolve, you must seek out sources of light, briefly ward off the oncoming darkness and maintain your sanity.
