Battle Bands: Rock and Roll Deckbuilder is a multiplayer roguelike deckbuilder with elements of a battle royale, which also has a single player mode. The main feature of the indie project is its theme. The game is dedicated to the battles of rock bands. Different teams compete for the title of rock and roll legend in the fictional city of Riff City. The gameplay here is based on music. Turn-based gameplay is based on coordinating actions with other group members. In the absence of live players, bots take on the role of teammates. Each band consists of four musicians: a keyboard player, a drummer, a guitarist and a bassist. They all have their own personal deck. Its content can be improved and changed. There are hundreds of cards in the game. They apply buffs or debuffs, enter into synergy with each other, and so on.

Battle Bands: Rock & Roll Deckbuilder has a story campaign where you have to compete with artificial intelligence. It is allowed to take place in co-op. There are also team fights with the participation of 4 people on each side. While playing, gamers earn in-game currency. They can use it to buy cosmetic items at a local store. The fights are built in the format of duels, where gangs take turns performing. They were created in such a way that the team that started second had every chance to catch up. With the help of cards, gamers do not destroy the enemy’s health, as in other CCGs, but try to give a spectacular performance and cause excitement among the public. The winners are those musicians who can be the first to fill the scale responsible for the delight of listeners.
