The game invites you to try on all the roles and independently build a building from scratch. You can build not only residential buildings, but even shops and industrial buildings. An indie project can serve as a teaching tool.

The creators tried to focus on realism. The local crafting system allows you to create building materials. To make concrete, you need to mix water with cement. But if you do this in the wrong proportions, the result will not be very good. While working on site, you will need to ensure that resources do not run out. Builder Simulator has a help system that teaches the basics of building. The gamer will use various tools such as shovels, screwdrivers, hammers, saws and more. He will also be able to use special equipment, such as wheelbarrows and concrete mixers.

The surroundings are made believably. There are mountains of sand, bricks, and wooden pallets on the site. The process of creating objects is done in great detail. The user will have to do the foundation, make a frame, lay floors and build walls, grind and cement, tighten bolts, take care of the roof and even lay sewer pipes.
