IN LISA: The Painful it all started a few years ago, when the planet was struck by a mysterious disaster, the White Flash, which destroyed most of the female population. There are only dozens of girls left on the entire planet, and the main character Brad finds one of them. He raises her, naming her Buddy, but one day she is kidnapped, and Brad goes looking for her.

Previously, the protagonist lived with his sister Lisa, who committed suicide due to her father’s bad attitude. And Brad, as soon as he found Buddy, decided to atone for his guilt in this way and not repeat previous mistakes, hiding her from the whole world. As it turned out, the girl herself ran away from him so as not to be under eternal control. This game is about survival, sacrifice and perversion in a post-apocalyptic world. The game is presented as a side-scrolling role-playing game, and the action takes place in the devastated wasteland after the White Flash.

The society is full of disgust and morally broken. There is a certain drug-drug that allows you to feel nothing, but soon turns the user into a monster. Players use a selection system to learn more about characters and themselves. To save a party member from death, you will need to sacrifice the protagonist’s strength. This could be cutting off a limb, beating people, or some other horrific method. The only way to stay alive in this world is to be heartless and selfish. While traveling through the territory, the gamer will meet minor characters and will be able to recruit them into the group. The gameplay features 30 unique heroes to recruit.
