Path of the Abyss

Path of the Abyss is a single-player project where you have to explore dungeons in a fantasy world. Users will try out the gameplay mechanics of a classic role-playing adventure game with elements of a dungeon crawler. The graphics are made in black and white and stylized to resemble pen drawings. Gamers will create a character and immerse themselves in the exploration of dark and intricate labyrinths where dangerous monsters live.

Combat in Path of the Abyss is done in real time, where you will have to move as a character in first person and face the enemy. You will have to use the skills and abilities of the class that the hero has mastered. You will be able to call on your allies for help, block attacks, apply protective buffs, or rely on magic spells. After defeating an opponent, you will be able to pick up dropped loot or explore a room that may contain treasures.

Players will be able to assemble different builds, choosing from the following classes: warrior, thief, cleric and mage. Each hero will have 5 main characteristics, as well as unique skills and abilities. You’ll have to find weapons and armor to strengthen the protagonists. You can wander around the map in free mode, if desired, returning to cleared dungeons that are connected to each other. Users will have to unravel the mysteries of Eastern Veltorden, which has fallen into decay due to the invasion of monsters.
