Raiden 5: Director’s Cut

Plot Raiden 5: Director’s Cut continues the story of the previous parts. The central characters take part in voiced conversations that carry the narrative forward. Here the story explains some of the moments that appeared in the previous moments of the games. The user learns the origin of the Fighting Thunder project and what the crystals are needed for.

The action takes place 17 years after the human race began a war with the crystals. Vanquish Crystal Defense is waiting for orders to attack. The gameplay remains the same as in its predecessors, but with some changes and real locations. The gamer will face enemies in England, Sweden, Belgium, New York and France. The user selects 1 of 3 playable aircraft with secondary weapons and a certain power. Each vehicle has the same bombs, but different characteristics: protection, mobility and level of firepower.

In Raiden V: Director’s Cut, a shield gauge appeared, a certain energy that will allow the user to withstand a certain number of attacks before the ship begins to collapse. At the end of the level, the user will see five levels of the Flash Point scale, where detailed statistics for the battle will be shown. The gameplay involves controlling a spaceship and fighting enemies. The Cheer System has been added to multiplayer matches, allowing you to cheer on your teammates.
