Rotten Flesh throws you headlong into a chilling odyssey. Your beloved dog Roy has disappeared into the maze of city sewers. Driven by desperate hope, you plunge into impenetrable darkness, and your only weapon is a voice hoarsely calling “Swarm”. But the echoing tunnels contain more than just sadness. Something else sways in the impenetrable blackness, attracted by your pleas. This is not a man, and his hunger is insatiable.

Taking the microphone in your hands, you become the main character, and your screams echo through the chilly corridors, like a beacon in the oppressive darkness. Every unanswered call tightens a knot of dread around your heart. But silence is not always golden. A wrong turn, a chilling grinding sound, the clicking of invisible claws – the sewer turns into a symphony of horror, every sound a potential harbinger of your doom.

The gameplay offers a unique blend of immersion and horror. While the use of a microphone is optional, the very act of physically summoning Roy adds a disturbing layer of vulnerability. The added voiceover provides a more traditional experience, but the rawness of your own voice heightens the fear, blurring the lines between game and reality.
