The Game of Death

The Game of Death takes you to a dark fantasy version of Ancient Rome. The once glorious city has been overrun by demons and undead, puppets of the corrupt Senate. You take control of a gladiator school – the last bastion of hope. This is no ordinary gladiatorial spectacle. Here you have to train warriors not for fun, but to fight for the survival of the city. The game offers a deep party creation system, allowing you to choose from fourteen different classes to create your champion squad.

But your gladiators are not the only weapon in your arsenal. In Ludus Mortis you take control of an entire gladiator school. You’ll upgrade facilities, recruit new fighters, and craft equipment to improve your team’s effectiveness. Research is the key element. You will venture into dangerous catacombs and dungeons to fight the unholy hordes that threaten Rome. The game features turn-based combat, so strategic thinking is crucial.

Manage your action points carefully and exploit your opponent’s weaknesses to emerge victorious. Ludus Mortis boasts a huge amount of randomly generated loot.
