Volcanoids

Volcanoids – an interesting arcade simulator, with a complete open world, in the action-adventure genre. The plot tells us about the era of people who dominated the earth. After some time, robots appeared here, they instilled horror and fear in the hearts of all humanity. Huge drilling machines were installed, they awakened the most powerful volcano in history, which destroyed the entire planet.

About 5% of the people on the planet survived and they rebelled against mechanical machines, collecting all the weapons and equipment. We get to see an entire expedition team that has created entire cities underground for confrontation. The gamer will have to play as a young man in first person; he has a lot of interesting things in his arsenal, which allows him to make a meat grinder out of metal to save the rest of the world.

This shooter is filled with enormous possibilities; we can create our own powerful team of soldiers, build large-scale production of weapons and equipment, take care of farms and obtain provisions. Each unit performs its individual role to maintain the normal functioning of the base. Constant volcanic eruptions will not stop, and the time before it starts is an opportunity to get out and destroy more enemies.

The graphics here are top notch, the underground world is beautifully drawn, and all the enemies are very clearly detailed. After killing the robots, gears appear on their bodies – they are made of very high quality and delight with their minimalism. The movement of lava creates a gorgeous effect of what is happening. The soundtracks are filled with live music and perfectly complement the entire gameplay.
