Winter Falling: Battle Tactics invites gamers to lead troops and lead them to victory in the most intense and tactical battles. And only your mind can save the dying world from devastation. You control a squad of mercenaries, gather supplies and troops, complete missions, and can even burn down villages if you decide that’s what you need. But don’t forget that all your actions have consequences.

Battles take place in real time, but you can choose your speed or pause the game to carefully consider your next steps. Plan your strategy on the world map, control your army and make sure your troops have enough food. The game also offers the ability to create your own scenarios using the in-game map editor and share them with other players. You can create your own units, weapons and races thanks to modding support. Winter Falling: Battle Tactics is inspired by classics such as Warhammer: Shadow of the Horned Rat, FTL and Total War. The gameplay is unusual and is a synthesis of tactical RTS battles with an active pause, a global map and management of your army to complete current tasks. This is a pretty hardcore game and you’ll have to start over every time.
